Electricity and heat from one genset

Gas CHP modules 52 and 112 kW

Krauter supplies CHP modules with an electrical output of 52 and 112 kW. The turnkey modules can be operated with the gas types natural gas, liquid gas, sewage gas and biogas. The performances in the sewage gas and biogas range depend on the respective gas quality. Our performance specification always refers to the fuel natural gas as reference.

The CHP module consists of the following elements:

Engine with auxiliary units (ignition system, starting system, lubricating oil supply).
Water-cooled generator
Heat recovery from cooling water, exhaust gas, engine oil
Exhaust gas ducting from the sound insulation enclosure
Gas control system
Thermoacoustic enclosure with ventilation
Measuring, control and regulation system incl. electrotechnical wiring

The CHP module is offered incl. delivery, installation, connection, commissioning, instruction and operating manual/documentation. For the preparation of the offer, our inquiry checklist must be answered completely, this then serves as the basis for the offer.
